Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email/SMS with booking details, including the vehicle type, pick-up/drop-off location, and rental terms.
Vehicles are available for pick-up at designated locations or can be delivered to a preferred location, subject to availability and additional charges.
Any changes to your booking, including pick-up time, location, or vehicle preference, should be communicated in advance.

If a vehicle is delivered to your location, the delivery charge (if applicable) will be mentioned during booking.
The vehicle must be returned in the agreed-upon condition and location. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

Digital Delivery: All documents are sent via email to the registered email address provided at the time of booking.
Physical Delivery: In special cases, physical copies of documents (e.g., brochures, vouchers) may be delivered via courier or postal services.
Digital documents are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation.
Physical documents are dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered as per the courier service’s timeline.

Physical Delivery: Charges may apply based on location and courier service rates. These charges will be communicated at the time of booking, if applicable.
We provide digital delivery worldwide.
Physical delivery is available only within India. For international customers, all documents are sent digitally.
If digital documents are not received, customers are advised to check their email spam or junk folders. If still not found, contact us immediately for assistance.
For physical deliveries, in case of lost or delayed shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.

We do not have any products which needs to be shipped to our guest. We are a travel agency and provide tour related assistance to our guests. If any shipping/courier service is required to send tickets or hard copy of the bookings made by the guests, the guest will be informed of the shipping charges and once he agrees and makes the relevant payments, the documents will be shipped to him.
